Gumball Dynasty was built to service companies who don’t want to deal with a lengthy pitch process or Agency of Record relationships. We’re flexible, but once an individual or team is established with our clients, they are dedicated to those brands and often handle multiple projects at a time.

We also frequently work as a bullpen for PR and advertising agencies or consultants that don’t staff FTEs in certain roles but still need to provide consistent service, so their clients don’t search elsewhere.

Leadership

Dee Dee Jones

Director of Creative Operations

Hey there, I’m Dee Dee Jones. I’ve been a part of the marketing and advertising landscape for more than 25 years tackling various roles in account services, production, project management and operations. After Wexley School for Girls, I reunited with Cal to dive in and help launch our most recent endeavor, Gumball Dynasty. As Director of Creative Operations, I connect agencies and companies with amazingly talented freelancers across all disciplines to help fulfill long- or short-term project needs. From a single resource to a team of superstars, I discover what’s needed and pull together the individuals who are the best fit. The project gets off the ground with me and I stay looped in all the way through to ensure a smooth creative workflow and successful delivery.

Cal Mcallister

Executive Creative Director

I’m Cal McAllister, Executive Creative Director at Gumball Dynasty. After founding and creatively running both Paper Crane Factory and Wexley School for Girls, I’ve gotten to know hundreds of top creatives and strategists across the world. Dee Dee and I started Gumball Dynasty because many of those talented people are now focused on freelance at this stage of their careers, and with the vast majority of client-side advertising moving from AOR to project work, we saw a chance to match amazing folks with those opportunities. I’m staying involved as ECD so Gumball Dynasty clients have additional accountability for creative and effective work.
